Rockies vs. Tigers live stream: What channel Friday’s game is on, how to watch via online live stream

ESPN+ will host Friday’s game between the Colorado Rockies and Detroit Tigers with the first pitch scheduled for 7:10 p.m. at Comerica Park in Detroit, MI. Antonio Senzatela will start for the Rox and will face the young left-hander Tarik Skubal.

The Rockies (8-4) were one of the good surprises at the start of the season as they won each of their first four series. That includes series wins over the Dodgers and Phillies. Of course, most of that success has come at home, and now the Rockies will venture on a seven-game road trip, and Colorado has always been terrible away from Coors Field. CJ Cron has been the main catalyst as he currently leads MLB in home runs (six) and has a top five OPS (1.178).

Everything about the Tigers (5-7) revolves around chasing Miguel Cabrera for 3,000 hits. The future first-round Hall of Famer is one hit away from becoming the seventh player in MLB history to record 3,000 hits and 500 homers. Cabrera went 0 for 3 with a controversial intentional walk on Thursday. That walk paved the way for a two-run brace by Austin Meadows, who is .306 ERA and .419 on-base percentage in 10 games.
