Lee Byung-hun to star and produce Netflix movie ‘I Believe In A Thing Called Love’

Los Angeles, July 20 (PTI) South Korean star Lee Byung-hun will star and produce Netflix streamer’s upcoming film “I Believe In A Thing Called Love”.

The film is an adaptation of the same title of the young adult romance novel by American author Maureen Goos, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The story follows Desi, a high-performing high school student who decides to use the laws of K-drama novels to find a boyfriend.

Lee, known for films such as “GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra” and its sequel, “Terminator Genisys” and “The Magnificent Seven”, will play the role of Desi’s father.

Yulin Kuang, who previously worked with Netflix on the series “The Healing Powers of Dude”, will adapt the novel for the feature film.

Lee will produce the film with Mary Lee of A-Major Media and Charles Pak of BH Entertainment. PTI RB RB RB
