Summer is finally here, making it a great time to celebrate the season and the perfect beach weather. Of course, for those who prefer a virtual beach, some shark movies on Netflix are going to be the key and the perfect option for a frenzy.

If you like the ocean’s most feared creatures, or maybe other types of scary or awesome ocean creatures, or if you prefer a completely different type of shark, there are all kinds of options on Netflix. From stories based on real events to fictional horror stories and even a kid-friendly adventure starring everyone’s favorite animated shark, here are eight movies to watch this summer.
